公海彩船: 课题组简介
研究内容:
1)设计合成新型非病毒类纳米载体,安全有效地递送功能性核酸(siRNA、mRNA和pDNA等),实现目标基因沉默、蛋白表达和基因编辑,为疾。ㄈ缰琢龅龋┑幕蛑瘟铺峁┯辛ぞ。
2)开发基于近红外二区(1000-1700 nm)的智能荧光探针,实现高灵敏度的体内生物学过程成像。
