公海彩船: 课题组简介
研究内容:
运动系统疾病的细胞分子学机理研究、生物材料与药物研发、医疗器械及药物的临床转化等工作,促进运动医学与生命科学、物质科学、信息科学以及工程管理科学的交叉融合,推动我国自主医疗器械及药物的基础研究、产品研发、临床转化和产业化。
公海彩船: 研究成果展示
张翼峰博士及其合作者就镁金属在小动物(鼠)体内刺激骨膜下方大量新骨生成的现象,首次阐释了骨膜感觉神经末梢在镁离子刺激下大量释放成骨性的神经递质,进而诱导骨膜组织内干细胞向成骨方向分化和新骨形成的细胞分子机制。镁离子刺激骨膜下方成骨机制的阐明,意味着镁金属作为可降解的成骨性活性金属,可以被应用于临床创伤骨科的内固定植入物中。张翼峰博士与其合作者先后设计了含镁金属的中空髓内针,复合涂层镁合金螺钉,用于动物的骨折固定,并取得良好的促进骨折愈合效果。目前,张翼峰博士课题组正在将镁金属的骨科内固定植入物用于大型动物(猪)的在体手术实验,后续将进入人体临床试验,最终实现镁金属在骨科医疗器械领域的现实应用。
